Renodo provide FREE SHIPPING for our buyer for all items sold in our platform.

If the vendor can not proceed with own delivery, he/she can utilise the 3rd party courier service partnered with Renodo with a standard rate mentioned below.

Track your order

Courier service

If your parcel is deliver by courier service, you can track your order status by the tracking number provided. The tracking number will be sent to you to your email when your order has been confirmed, or you can check your tracking number at your order history.

Vendor delivery

If your parcel is deliver by vendor, you can track your order status from your order history, vendor will input an estimation delivery date. Or you can direct contact the vendor to confirm the delivery details.

*If you are unable to track your parcel on the courier tracking page, your item might have just been pick-up by our dedicated courier partner. Please wait for 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Return Policy


Buyer can request for cancellation if any only if the product has not been dispatched after payment completion. Buyer can receive full refund if the cancellation request has been approved.

Return & replace

Buyer can request for return or replace of item if the products received are not at the conditions as described, buyer has to notify us within 48 hours from the time you received the item. Renodo hold the right to refuse any support if buyer fail to inform us in the notification window period stated. After the notification has been receive by Renodo, buyer will have 7 days to return the items. Renodo will replace it with a new item or refund the paid price if it meets the return terms and conditions.

For reverse collection, it will have a standard charge of Rm15 each parcel.

Renodo will only accept return of item if the item is damaged, defective, not as advertised, wrong item delivered, missing parts, and change of mind.

The return request can be reject if:

- buyer fail to notify Renodo within 48 hours upon return request

- buyer fail to return the item within 7 days after the return request has been approved

- the item is used, destroyed or damaged by the user

- the attached tag on the product is removed or package of product is opened

- the sealed package is opened

- the packaging materials are lost

- the components of product ( including free gift) have been used or lost

- buyer didn’t follow the proper instructions included with the item

If the return & replace item due to, (damaged, defective, not as advertised, wrong item or missing parts), the vendor needs to cover all cost, but if the return & replace item due to, (change of mind), the buyer need to cover all the related costs.

If the return & replace request has been approved, Renodo will arrange courier service to pick up the specific item from the buyer.
